Overnight Oats Recipe

Start your day out with this healthy twist on overnight oats.

 

Recipe:

Oats – 1/2 cup

Chia seeds – 1 teaspoon

Maple syrup – 2 teaspoons

Turmeric Golden Mylk – 1 teaspoon

Moringa powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Chaga powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon

Peanut butter – 2 teaspoons (I rotate with cashew, tahini, sunflower seed or almond butter)

Oat milk – 1/2 cup (I rotate with almond and cashew milk)

 

Prepare this in a small jar and keep it in the fridge overnight.
