Morning Health Drink

My morning health drink has evolved over the past few months to include the following:

  • ginger (1 teaspoon)
  • honey (1 teaspoon)
  • lemon (squeeze half a lemon)
  • maple syrup (1 teaspoon)
  • bone broth (fill a quarter of the mug)
  • turmeric tea (1 bag or turmeric powder)
  • hot water (fill the remainder of the mug)

I believe this is a big part of helping me avoid having any cold or flu conditions over the past few years.
